In the article, the contract law and understanding of the contract, as well as the main conditions for concluding the contract and the procedure for concluding it, were analyzed according to the legislation of Azerbaijan, Europe and the USA. The article also provides a detailed analysis of the circumstances in which the concluded contract may be considered invalid. The mentioned issues are explained in a comparative way according to several legal systems.
