The main purpose of the article is to analyze the current state of legal education and science in the Republic of Azerbaijan, to identify the tasks and development opportunities in this field. The article also discusses the place of Azerbaijani legal scholars in the international ranking and the steps taken by the state in this direction. In order to better understand the overall picture, comparative international experiences are also referred to.
