İn the modern free market economic conditions, property and property-related obligations are of great economic and social importance. The fulfillment of the obligations in good faith arising from contracts , first of all, serve to the mutual lawful interests of par- ties and the stability of the civil process. In today’s world, contracts are common in everyday business practice, they are at the heart of any modern society. A contract is a legally binding and enforceable contract between two or more parties. Each party to the contract makes a promise to do something or refrain from doing something in exchange for the other party’s promise. Contracts take many differ- ent forms and are used for many different reasons. Through history, the use of contracts has developed and now we find ourselves forming contracts on a daily basis.
