On November 1, the " Report on the effectiveness and efficiency of legal aid schemes in the areas of civil law and administrative law for vulnerable groups" of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) was presented at the Institute of Law and Human Rights. Representatives of the Center for Legal Examination and Legislative Initiatives, the Institute of Law and Human Rights, UNDP office in Azerbaijan, the Bar Association and a number of NGOs took part in the event.
